  Ya me too! I have changed my password in an attempt to get it, I get those e-mails but none will let me log on. I also cleared out the saved passwords on the browser to insure that it wasn’t trying to give old data…. no go still can’t get in….

  I can’t access the account I created, could someone from TIM help, or someone who already has access check the help section for a support e-mail for me please?

  I did not receive an activation e-mail when I signed up and I can’t access my account.

  When I tried to log on with the details I signed up with it tells me they are invalid. I have tried the password reset function but I still can’t log on.

  I am however receiving friend request e-mails so the account must have created correctly, so I assume I can’t try again with the same username – I also don’t know where to send this e-mail as I need to be able to log on to access the help section.
