Sounds to me like a "lost in translation" type thing. Ask him to write it in french and then have someone else translate it. If you use mac, there is a widget were all you have to do is type it in.
I think it may be a very poor/literal translation of a French phrase, meaning "my fantasy is to be gang-fucked by 40 tops."
